Rob Ross is a senior loan officer with close to 10 years in the mortgage industry. During this time, Rob cultivated elite partnerships with several real estate firms, builders, and condo developers. In 2004, Rob formed “The Ross Group,” a team of dedicated loan officers to better serve his expanding clientele. Rob and his team originate residential loans throughout the entire Washington, DC metro area and assist anyone from the first time homebuyer to the avid real estate investor. Rob is also an expert in the local condo market and was the preferred lender on over 20 projects with over 450 units combined.

The Ross Group’s forte is creating a smooth loan process from start to finish while providing abundant and helpful information. It is the Ross Group’s goal to be sure every client feels confident and more educated when each transaction is complete.

Jaime Young is a Senior Loan Officer with "The Ross Group" at Potomac Mortgage Group, LLC. With over 14 years in the mortgage industry, Jaime brings valuable hands-on experience and knowledge to her clients. She also believes in building a solid foundation of education, communication and trust. Jaime is especially well versed in first time home buyer programs such as FHA, VA and Homepath. She is also our company’s resident expert on the FHA 203K rehabilitation loan. In 2004, Jaime joined Rob Ross in the formation of the Ross Group.
