I have spent the last 21 years associating myself with every aspect of the home buying process, with my strength being mortgage financing.  I spent five years as a sales manager with the national credit bureaus, giving me a strong foundation of how credit and credit scoring can impact the home buying process.  I have also worked for settlement companies as a closing agent.   Most importantly, I have spent the last 16 years helping my customers achieving the American dream of home ownership.

Having grown up as an “Army Brat,” moving on a moment’s notice was not uncommon. Although, moving numerous times was not always an easy experience, I would not trade those events for anything.  It taught me to adapt to new environments and meet a diversity of people very quickly, which is also similar in the mortgage industry. This experience helped develop my philosophy regarding mortgage lending, which is that every loan is different.

I also take a personal and consultative approach with my customers.  Whether you are a first time home buyer or you have bought numerous homes over the years, my goal is to guide you through the process efficiently & effectively.  Finally, the home buying and refinance process has changed considerably recently, but I am prepared to navigate you through the changes so that the process is a positive experience for you.
